Alice in Wonderland has always slightly frightened me. Now that Tim Burton is remaking it, I have to see it.
I can only imagine what it will be like. I love the way he makes movies, yet it is hard to explain what he does that makes them so Tim Burton-esque.
Sleepy Hollow (Tim Burton, right?) and Sweeney Todd were fantastic, and I am sure this will be too.

he also did 'The nightmare before christmas' which is like the best film ever! haha make sure you check it =]

OF COURSE I'VE SEEN THAT MOVIE!!! hahah
But I meant "people" movies.
The Nightmare Before Christmas covers every inch of my brothers room.

i've never read Carroll's book - did the Disney cartoon stay very faithful?
i wasn't too crazy of his Wonka remake - though i know he actually stayed truer to the book than the Wilder version, that version will hold a place in my heart.
my favorite Burton is actually his early stuff where he had the cheaper special effects using stop motion animation - Beetlejuice, Pee Wee, Edward Scissorhands.

Wow, Tim Burton will make a great re-make - he's perfect to bring the weird/magical elements of the story to big screen - cant wait to see how it turns out!. :D

I'll watch anything that Tim Burton puts out. The only film from him that I wasn't really thrilled with was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but the set design was still incredible. I'm definitely excited to see Tim Burton's take on this, and I'm looking forward to seeing how Tim Burton makes it darker than the original Disney movie because there are so many elements of the story that aren't really kid friendly.

I think this will be good and love Tim Burton, I don't dislike anything with his live-action films and Nightmare Before Christmas was amazing. However, The Corpse Bride (that's right, I dare to mention it) Was TERRIBLE. MISERABLE. So if (stupid so say) he goes for his usual style of animation, it really will be a case of hit....or miss, nothing else.
To tell the truth I was hoping it'd all be live action. Imagine the fun he would have with ALL those crazy characters, surroundings and events and literally bringing them to life.
It would be aboslutely AMAZING.
