I just got done reading with it and I LOVE it!

I love that book, Alice Sebold is so great.
& I'm really excited about the movie cause Ryan Gosling was supposed to be in it but I think he dropped out or something, Idk so that's how I heard about it cause i love him.
Have you seen the movie The Invisible? When I first saw it I thought it was the screen adaptation with some obvious tweaks, cause it's a very similar plot except he's not actually dead in the film.

yeah he was supposed to play jack salmon but he "vacated the role due to creative differences" or something like that, mark wahlberg is playing his character now. I don´t know if that´s a good choice though. I can´t really see him playing the father.
and i loved the invisible, such a great movie!!!

I haven't read it but my sister has for her 'Inner Journey' essay. She pretty much told me the whole story though, so I can't wait to see the film adaptation!
And I agree, it's weird that Mark Walhberg is playing the role as the dad. Not sure if he'll put it off.

i'm really curious about how the movie will turn out.
i'm glad they chose Saoirse Ronan for Susie, she was brilliant in Atonement.
